Plenty of room for vehicle, RV and boat; private 8’x10’ wooden deck; wooden fence separating sites; telephone ready at each site; and WiFi access. Each site metered as electric is EXTRA. Bring your satellite for TV access not included. Tiki Hut on water for viewing gators, otters, turtles, unique birds, fishing at the boat ramp that includes a small dock for use. Fees — Nightly $30 Weekly $175 Monthly $425 single month stay Monthly $385/mo on 4/months or longer Lease $2,000 with 6/mo occupancy (Oct— NOTE: (All monthly rates are plus electric) RV Rates are for— 2 Adults, 1 vehicle, 1 boat, 1 RV unit. Additional items are billed as storage at $35 month plus tax, which is a discounted storage rate Additional guests are billed $5/each/per week
