· Storage is for RV’s, boats, vehicles—for those of you who choose to leave your investment conveniently in Lake Okeechobee.

· The owners live full-time on the property . The ONLY storage facility with anyone living on premises or with 24/7 access.

· Fully gated and fenced to meet insurance requirements

· Storage is open, NOT covered

· The business is fully licensed and insured

 

 

Fees —

 

· Storage is paid in advance

· $40.00/per month (plus 7% tax which comes to $42.80/mo)

· ADD $5.00 on units over 34’ (plus tax)

· ADD $30.00 for local pick-up or delivery

· Out of area pick-up/delivery—call for quote
