· Tiki Hut on water for viewing gators, otters, turtles, birds, fishing at the boat ramp.

 

 

Fees —

· Nightly $30

· Weekly $175

· Monthly $400 single month stay

· Monthly $385 on 4/months or longer

· Lease $2,000 with 6/mo occupancy

· NOTE: (ADD 7% tax and all monthly rates are plus electric)

 

RV Rates are for—

· 2 Adults, 1 vehicle, 1 boat, 1 RV unit Additional items are billed at $35 month plus tax, which is a discounted storage rate

· Additional guests are billed $5/each/per week
